At the end of the 14th century, Pinot Noir, originally from Burgundy, was first introduced in Champagne, and in the town of Bouzy. Bouzy-Rouge is the living witness to this great time where the red wines from our hills were the honour of the Champagne region.

Nose: heavy notes of Morello cherry and blackcurrant

Palate: Beautiful mouthful which “pinotes” with fruit and where tannins remain presents in final.
